1. How do I get a web account with you?

Getting a web hosting account with us is as easy as 1-2-3. All you need to do is to spend about 3 minutes to fill in our Sign Up Form.

Your web hosting account will be created instantly. In a few minutes you will receive welcome email with the instructions how to upload your site to our server and how to log in your control panel, create email accounts, administer your web space etc.

If you register a domain name during the sign up as part of your hosting package with us, your domain name will be setup instantly - not later, not tomorrow.

Note: Setup timeframe of .ph domain names (includes .com.ph, .net.ph and .org.ph) is 15-30 minutes once your payment has been received. However, hosting accounts using these domain names will be created instantly.

2. Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. We offer a "no questions asked" anytime money back guarantee, so there's no risk on signing up with us. We strive to make sure that our clients are satisfied with our services.

If you cancel your hosting account we will provide you with a refund for the remainder of the term. The refund will exclude any setup fees that were charged when you signed up and any domain registration fees that was included on the web hosting package as we incur a cost for these. But you do get to keep your domain name.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you submit a cancellation notice 1 day prior to billing to prevent any automated charges from going through. The only way to cancel your account is to open new ticket to DomainWink billing.

4. Does cPanel comes with your hosting?

Yes, every web hosting package we offer comes with the latest cPanel.

5. How do I login to cPanel?

Your welcome email should contain links for you to login along with the credentials. However you can also login to cPanel by using the quick login links located at the DomainWink client portal.

6. Can I host multiple websites under one hosting account?

Yes, you may host multiple websites or domain names under one hosting account. See the web hosting packages page for more information.

However, if you require multiple websites each with cPanel or with SSL enabled (which requires different IP addresses), you may also look on our reseller hosting packages.

7. Where does your web servers are located?

Our web servers are located in Los Angeles, CA, USA. We are using physical servers to host your websites, not just the virtualized one. We are confident that we can deliver the best speed and uptime into your websites, combined with friendly support team.

8. Tell me more about your servers' network and datacenter.

Our data center currently operates a network with 390Gbps connectivity to the internet. There are two separate fiber entry points for complete IP transport redundancy. DC's core network uses BGP4 routing protocol and bandwidth is 100% multi-homed. Network supports both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols. DC also has a multi-year dark fiber lease.
